Dear Karate Students and Families
We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of Kick Masters. In doing so, the first priority is the safety of everyone entering the school.
Kick Masters is doing everything possible to provide you the safest return to training experience possible, however, no protocols can provide 100% protection. All students returning do so at their own risk.
Your family’s adherence to these guidelines is a must and a key in helping keep everyone safe. Please review these guidelines with your children to ensure they understand. We will also walk through the procedures when they arrive for class.
All staff will self-assess for symptoms
The dojo will be thoroughly cleaned.
Hand sanitizer will be made available as you enter the dojo
All high-touch surfaces will be sanitized between each class
Each students will have their own training square
Masks are now optional on entering and exiting the building.
Masks are now optional during training.
All classes are drop-off and pick up only. No parents or visitors will be allowed…only registered students.
Arrival for your designated class can only be 5 minutes prior to class start.
Parents must arrive 5 minutes before the end of class to pick up your child and wait outside
There is no early drop off or late pick up
Change rooms and lounge are temporarily closed
Washrooms are for emergencies only—please ensure your child uses the washroom at home before arrival
Shoe shelves have BUCKETS with each students name on them, students are to use their specified shoe bucket only and not touch any other bucket.
Students should arrive prepared for class wearing their uniform
Students must have a large enough backpack or gym bag to fit their socks, jacket/sweater, kleenex, spare face mask, sparring gear.
Parents please remain on site until your child has been admitted into the building. No early entry

Students will have a specified day and time for class, no open drop in.
This will be on a first come first serve basis and you must make e-transfer arrangements before your spot is guaranteed.

The choices will be as follows:
Monday and Wednesday 5:00-5:45 or 6:00-6:45
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-5:45 or 6:00-6:45
Once you make your selection, that will be your child’s 2 classes to attend each week. There will be no switching of classes. Your child will attend with the same students every class.
(ie. My child attends every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00-5:45)

“TEEN/ADULT” CLASSES REMAIN THE SAME….CHOOSE EITHER MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY OR TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 8:00-9:15 PM
